Pinup Sticks @ San Diego Comic Con
If you are making your way to San Diego this Summer (July 23rd-26th) to visit the biggest comic book trade show on the planet, the San Diego Comic Con, you can catch Pinup Sticks in two locations:
Booth #5358
The Ozone Productions booth
The two new Pinup Sticks from Olivia De Berardinis will be on display and sold there. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to pick up a set or two of her premiere sticks and when you hit the booth the chances are that Olivia will be there. You can get her to sign your sticks!
Booth #5023
The Pinup World Art booth
Featuring Drop Dead Sexy artist, Mark Wasyl. He’ll have his new Pinup Sticks on display as well. Mark is only scheduled to be at the show Friday and Saturday so hit it at the right time and get your sticks signed.
Note: This is the first public display of Pinup Sticks. You’ll most likely be the only sexy drummer on your block with sticks at that point.

Become a Retailer
Pinup Sticks are a “sure thing” in your store. There is nothing like them on the market and your decision to put them in your store is a an excellent one. Pinup Sticks is all about customer service and making sure that you get our top of the line drumsticks in your stores as soon as possible so that you can start selling.
Becoming a Retailer is easy. Simply follow these 3 easy steps and Pinup Sticks will be on their way to you before you know it:
1. Fill out and submit our online “Retail Application” located HERE. Instructions on how to fill out the form are located below the form.
2. Once we receive your application we will set up your wholesale account in our online store within 24 hours.
3. Once your account is set up you will get a call from a Pinup Sticks Account Representative that is assigned to your account. The reason for our phone call is simply to introduce ourselves and discuss potential order frequency, account status and other specifics that will help us serve you better. This phone call should not take more than 5 to 10 minutes. (If you would prefer correspondence through email simply check the appropriate box on the application.)
Once we have completed this process you will be able to process your orders through our online store when it is convenient for you.

Pinup Sticks Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
• All orders incur a shipping and handling fee.
• 1 to 12 sets of Pinup Sticks (12 sets per case) are shipped via USPS. Any shipments over 12 sets are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Kiln, Mississippi via UPS.
• The customer is responsible for shipping at the time of purchase.
• Most orders, unless designated “back order”, are shipped within 48 hours of the date of order
• Shipping insurance is available per request.
• Any orders over $150 require a signature unless otherwise requested by the customer.
• Pinup Sticks is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen drumsticks during the shipping process.
International Shipping
• All orders incur a shipping and handling fee.
• 1 to 12 sets of Pinup Sticks (12 sets per case) are shipped via USPS. Any shipments over 12 sets are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Kiln, Mississippi via UPS.
• The customer is responsible for shipping at the time of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred from the shipping of Pinup Sticks.
• Most orders, unless designated “back order”, are shipped within 48 hours of the date of order.
• Shipment rates are educated estimates. Adjusted shipping rates can occur and be charged after the shipment has left he Pinup Sticks warehouse.
• Shipping insurance is available per request.
• Any orders over $150 require a signature unless otherwise requested by the customer.
• Pinup Sticks is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen drumsticks during the shipping process.

Pinup Sticks Privacy Policy
Pinup Sticks is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of our consumers and we believe that the protection of those interests is one of our most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of our obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about our consumers that we acquire in the course of business:
1. Acquisition of Information. Pinup Sticks does not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Pinup Sticks Employees and Privacy. Pinup Sticks trains all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures. Pinup Sticks makes access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties. Pinup Sticks will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
5. Privacy and Pinup Sticks’ Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Pinup Sticks Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must email customerhelp@pinupsticks.com within 3 days of receipt of your purchase in order to arrange a refund, exchange,or credit to your account. Refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued on a case by case basis. If you are returning viagra to Pinup Sticks the following conditions must be met:
*Items must be returned within 7 days of reciept of the product.
*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning any merchandise to Pinup Sticks.
*Original merchandise MUST be returned undamaged, in the original sale condition and in the original packing. Damaged, lost or stolen Pinup Sticks will not be eligible for a refund.
*No merchandise will be accepted unless it has been authorized by Pinup Sticks in advance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer then the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund policy made between the customer and Pinup Sticks becomes VOID.
All refund requests are subject to an investigation by Pinup Sticks.
In the event that product arrives damaged through shipping, you must report the damage to Pinup Sticks within 24 hours of receipt of the product to arrange replacement.
