New Pinup Sticks Artist - Matt Busch!
His fans know him as the fabulous Lucas Films Star Wars artist but those that are true fans of the Rock Star illustrator know that his plethora of work includes everything from anything that is Marvel Comics, Rock ‘N Roll, Star Trek and much more to everything sexy in PINUP ARTWORK. Go ahead… we dare you… go to YouTube and search “Matt Busch”. You’ll find out everything there is to know about him but his underwear size. (We’re especially fond of the video at the top of the list when you search “Matt Busch Pinup” on YouTube – Get ready to have a good time with that!)
But also get ready to have a great time slammin’ around some of the new Pinup Sticks with some amazing artwork from Matt, himself. We’re please to debut his three designs titled Built for Pounding, Metal Mistress and Southern Belle with Percussion Concussion soon to be released. All of which have a distinguished style suitable for all tastes in music and art.

It features a touch of innocence with a divine touch of gothic flare that’ll keep you looking at this set of sticks for a long time. They look so good that we have a hard time believing that drummers are going to want to play with them (but we sure hope they do).

Look for this set of drumsticks to be available in the Pinup Sticks Store on Monday, August 10th, 2009 and make a public debut at the Ludikrs Show on August 15th in San Bernadino, CA (Anthony Guerra will be on hand to sign your sticks if you stop by) as well as Fetishcon 2009 in Tampa, Florida, August 13th-16th.

Pinup Sticks is proud to announce that amazing, outstanding, stellar artist Martin Abel www.martinabel.com is producing artwork for Pinup Sticks. His premiere sticks are going to feature “Metal Girls” that are going to be sure to influence some heavy playing.
A plethora of adjectives come to mind when describing Martin’s work: colorful, sexy, gothic, alternative, dynamic and so many more. His artwork is primed for sticks and his extremely colorful designs are sure to pop off the sticks (not literally, of course).

Custom Designs
We’ve had numerous inquiries about whether or not we can custom design drumsticks for bands or promotional ventures and the answer is ABSOLUTELY! However, there are many things that make us unique and separate us from other drumstick company but there is one thing that stands out above all the rest and that is the artwork on our sticks. All artwork is created from renowned artists that specialize in “pinup” artwork… thus the title of our company “Pinup Sticks”.
So in order to have us custom design drumstick artwork for you we require only one element that needs to be incorporated into your custom needs and that is… a pinup girl. It doesn’t matter if it’s a silhouette of a girl or a cute face but you must incorporate a pinup.
Each of our artists vary in custom rates and we also have connections to over 300 pinup artists on the net that are capable of carrying out your ideas as well. All rates are going to be based on the artists rate for custom created artwork and a minimum purchase order of one gross of sticks (144 sets) is required.

If you are making your way to San Diego this Summer (July 23rd-26th) to visit the biggest comic book trade show on the planet, the San Diego Comic Con, you can catch Pinup Sticks in two locations:

The Ozone Productions booth
The two new Pinup Sticks from Olivia De Berardinis will be on display and sold there. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to pick up a set or two of her premiere sticks and when you hit the booth the chances are that Olivia will be there. You can get her to sign your sticks!

The Pinup World Art booth
Featuring Drop Dead Sexy artist, Mark Wasyl. He’ll have his new Pinup Sticks on display as well. Mark is only scheduled to be at the show Friday and Saturday so hit it at the right time and get your sticks signed.
Note: This is the first public display of Pinup Sticks. You’ll most likely be the only sexy drummer on your block with sticks at that point.

Become a Retailer
Pinup Sticks are a “sure thing” in your store. There is nothing like them on the market and your decision to put them in your store is a an excellent one. Pinup Sticks is all about customer service and making sure that you get our top of the line drumsticks in your stores as soon as possible so that you can start selling.
Becoming a Retailer is easy. Simply follow these 3 easy steps and Pinup Sticks will be on their way to you before you know it:
1. Fill out and submit our online “Retail Application” located HERE. Instructions on how to fill out the form are located below the form.
2. Once we receive your application we will set up your wholesale account in our online store within 24 hours.
3. Once your account is set up you will get a call from a Pinup Sticks Account Representative that is assigned to your account. The reason for our phone call is simply to introduce ourselves and discuss potential order frequency, account status and other specifics that will help us serve you better. This phone call should not take more than 5 to 10 minutes. (If you would prefer correspondence through email simply check the appropriate box on the application.)
Once we have completed this process you will be able to process your orders through our online store when it is convenient for you.
